At Nine2 Outdoors, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Print-on-demand items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
